I would suggest DNB from a good institute because in regards to job prospects DNB and MD areregarded same and going it from a good institute increases your job opportunities to national colleges like AIIMS.

It is impossible to determine the exact number of students who have applied for MBA (general category) in IP university through CAT national level exam.But as per records a ratio of 1:10 people are called for interview ,gd and pis. and are selected based on different parametres.
