CAT is a National level Common Entrance test to get admission in IIM's and B- schools.
The CAT Exam includes mainly three Sections.

The eligibility criteria of CAT not only include regular degree student but also students from distance or correspondence background.
Students having a distance/correspondence graduate degree with minimum 50% marks from a recognised university or institution are eligible to apply for CAT

See ur marks are too low for u to bag a seat in the govt college under Gen category to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses. U should be going for private Institution under management quota for MBBS career. I m

It is quite difficult for you to get a seat for this field at CUSAT as the closing rank were between 624-3246 depending on category.

Your score in CUSAT CAT is not that great to target top colleges. However, you can still try for Cochin University college of Engineering, Kuttanad for Information technology or electronic and communication Engineering
