On dificulty, CAT is tougher than GMAT even though both of the examinations have almost same syllabus.  For working professionals, GMAT is a good option.

10th and 12th standard marks do count for admission into IIMs and not for the CAT exam!

CAT percentile is only the starting point of the admission procedure. Each IIM has their admission criterion.

Hello manish 

There's no use in giving Bcom again if u have a good work ex. And you bcom percentage and catergory( General) dosen't matters if you score as high as 99.9 percentile in CAT.

It is not possible to get into medical seat for the score you said 

According to the previous year neet cutoff for bc category is 580 to 590 .

But take a year off and prepare for the next year exam and give your best
