Yes ,you might have chances of getting a seat in medical college through ALL INDIA QUOTA because your category is very less that is 438 , but you need to provide us with the information of the states , in which do you want to pursue the course

Chances would be dim to get into aiims with 90.11 percentile. As the percentile is little higher for the college. For obc category also the cut off for the college is approx. 98.4 percentile.
