The karnataka neet counselling is held to fill 85% of State quota seats of Karnataka state which also incluse 6577 (including 596 for NRI) in medical clleges and 2674 in dental colleges(383 for NRI)

The chances of getting the seat through category reservation would depend upon the cutoff marks and merit rank which varies every year for the different medical institutes. According to 2018 results of NEET, the cutoff marks for the category B were 489 with the rank 30430 in rajiv gandhi institute
Congrats you have got a good rank in CAT exam, you have a plenty of chances of getting seat in all India quota and you have an added advantage of ST category. So all the best for your future and studies.
