UPSEE MBA Counselling 2020 - Round 6 Registration Started
UPSEE MBA Counselling 2020 - Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Uttar Pradesh has released UPSEE MBA 2020 counselling round five seat allotment result in online mode. Candidates can check the same by using their UPSEE MBA roll number and password. Earlier, AKTU had started the special final round registration for UPSEE MBA from December 01 till December 03, 2020. Earlier, AKTU had started the registration and payment of fee for UPSEE MBA 2020 counselling (Special R1) on November 27 till November 29. AKTU had also started the document verification for the same from November 27. Choice filling & Payment of fee of Rs 20000 (fee paid will be refunded only if seat is not allotted) would be done till November 30. Authorities started registration for UPSEE MBA 2020 counselling on October 19. Candidates who were able to secure their name in the merit list of UPSEE MBA were eligible to participate in counselling round. Counselling Procedure of UPSEE MBA 2020
UPSEE MBA 2020 counselling process began on October 19. There are a total of five UPSEE MBA counselling rounds that are conducted by the authorities and are based on the availability of seats. The UPSEE MBA 2020 counselling process are as follows.
UPSEE MBA Counselling 2020 - Step by Step Process
Step 1 - Registration and Payment of Fee
Candidates had to visit the official website for UPSEE MBA counselling procedure. Candidates had to use their login credentials such as application number and password which they had used for filling UPSEE MBA application form 2020 and now they have to register themselves for UPSEE MBA counselling process.
After logging in, candidates can see the terms and conditions page of UPSEE 2020 counselling process. Candidates need to simply click on the “I Agree” button. Now they will be able to check their personal details and the streams in which they have qualified.
At the end of the page candidates will see a field of “Do you belong to the Fee Wavier Scheme”. Candidates who meet for this must click on the box and those who don’t can leave the box blank.
Now candidates can click on the “Submit” button and will move ahead for the payment of registration fees.
Those who belong to General/ OBC category all need to pay Rs 20,000 and reserved category candidates need to pay Rs 12,000 as registration fee. Candidates will make their payment via online mode i.e. Credit/ Debit card or Internet banking.
The registration fee will be adjusted at the time of admission.
The full registration fee will be refunded to those who could not allot a seat as per their choice.
The registration fee for those candidates, who gets allotted a seat and withdraws (by using the “Withdraw” option), after deduction of administrative charges with the rate of Rs 2000 per round of counselling, will be refunded via online mode in the same account.
Those candidates who confirm a seat by exercising “Freeze” option (in the First, Second or Third round)/ “Freeze with upgrade” option or “Freeze without upgrade” option in (Fourth round) and do not report for admission to the allotted institute will be forfeited.
After successful payment of registration fee, candidates will receive a notification on their registered mobile number. Then candidates will be able to move on to choice locking and filling.
Step 2 - Choice Filling and Locking
Now candidates need to fill their choices and they can alter/ modify or delete or they can also add their choices before locking them till the last date of choice filling.
At the time of choice filling, candidates have the option of saving their choice. Which means candidates can visit their profile anytime. When candidates get ready to fix their preferred choice, in order to do so they have to click on the ‘Lock’ button. Once preferred choice gets locked candidates will not be able to change their options.
Candidates need to take a printout of their locked choices for future use.
At the time of choice filling, candidates should not hesitate to fill plenty of choices in the list. This will help the candidates in widening their selection for institutions and colleges.
Step 3 - Document Verification
Candidates have to visit the document verification centre to get their certificate and mark sheet verified.
Candidates have to carry all the required documents and original certificates and a set of self-attested photocopies of all the certificates to be deposited at the verification centre.
Candidates have to opt for a document verification centre at the time of registration.
Step 4 - Allotment of Seats and Confirmation of Seats
After completion of the document verification, the result of seat allotment will be declared on the official website. If candidates find their names on the list, then they have to visit the allotted institutes to confirm their seats and for further process.
