Entrance Exam
A valid score in the CAT 2024 is mandatory to apply for JNU MBA Admission 2025.
Qualifying Degree
The applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent awarded by any of the universities. Final year candidates can also apply for JNU MBA admission. Such candidates will have to submit the certificate of completing the qualifying examination.
Qualifying Marks
General Category, OBC and EWS candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree. However, candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PwD category are given 5 percent relaxation and can apply with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate
The application form for JNU MBA Admission 2025 can be submitted in online mode only. To fill out the application form, candidates should visit the official website of JNU. Candidates who clear the CAT exam and get the cutoff will only be eligible to appear for the GD and PI rounds for which schedule will be notified in due course. The application window for JNU MBA Admission 2025 will be closed in the second week of June.

JNU will shortlist candidates on the basis of CAT 2024 scores.
The first merit list of JNU MBA Admission 2025 will be available on the official website by the last week of June 2025. Candidates can check their status by login with application number and date of birth.
General category candidates will have to pay application fees of Rs. 2000.
There are a total of 75 seats in the MBA programme for the academic year 2025-27.
The total fee for MBA 2025-27 for the candidates belonging to SC/ST categories is Rs. 6,00000.
The CUET exam is scored out of 800 and is made up of multiple-choice questions. The cut-off is based on the candidate's percentile. To calculate the percentile, divide the number of candidates who scored the same or less than a candidate by the total number of candidates who took the exam, and then multiply by 100.
The cutoff decides on percentile of marks so the cutoff percentile is around 70 to 80 for st category candidates in CUET exam for uG courses as per previous years trends but if paper is easy it may goes up so be prepared for the exam.
In CUET exam you need to select from different subjects for b.a you need to choose from Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, History, Geography, Sanskrit because these are main domain subjects of b.a.
In jnu b.a offers in these disciplines only so if you take one of these subjects you can apply.if you are taking admission in B.A. (Programme) and B.A. (Hons) you must check the CUET Eligibility Criteria and CUET Subject Mapping for their desired university or college at NTA's official website.
