EMAT 2025: Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode conduct the Executive Management Aptitude Test 2025 (EMAT) for admission into Executive Post-Graduate Programs in Management (Kochi Campus). EMAT 2025 application form for phase 3 is available in online mode, epgpkochi.iimk.ac.in from October 30, 2024. Eligible candidates can either choose the online or offline mode to attend the IIM K executive programme offered at the Kochi Campus. The last date to register for the EMAT 2025 online cohort is December 10, 2024, and for the offline cohort is December 26, 2024. IIM Kozhikode will conduct the EMAT 2025 exam for phase 3 from January 4 to 5, 2025. The selected candidates will receive the offer letter by January 16, 2025. Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT) is an aptitude test conducted by IIM Kozhikode to join the executive postgraduate programme (EPGP) offered at the Kochi campus. As per the EMAT 2025 eligibility criteria, candidates should have a valid scorecard of EMAT/CAT/GMAT/GRE to appear for EMAT selection rounds. Before applying for the admission process of EMAT 2025, candidates must adhere to the following eligibility criteria:
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline with a minimum of 50% in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
Aspirants must have 3 to 5 years of entrepreneurial/managerial/professional experience after the completion of graduation.
Candidates must have the following marks in aggregate as per the category.
Candidates with a minimum aggregate of 50% aggregate in the CA/ICWA/CS can apply.
The application form for EMAT 2025 available in online mode from October 30, 2024. Candidates must follow the guidelines below to fill the EMAT registration form 2025.

The link for the application form will be activated as soon as the authorities release it. Candidates will have to visit the official website and click on the tab ‘Click here to register and apply online’ or register through the ‘New registration’ link.
Step 2 - Check email inbox to fetch the application number
After entering the details for registration, an email will be sent mentioning the following details:
Application Number
Email ID
Mobile number
Password
Note all the above details for future logins.
Step 3 - Pay the application fees
After logging candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs. 2,000. Students can pay the registration fee by any of the following method:
Debit card
Credit card
Internet Banking
Note - Net charges may be applicable.
Step 4 - Fill out the EMAT application form
After paying the application fees candidates will have to fill out the EMAT application form and enter the details as prescribed. Students must note that the registration form will expire after 7 days of registration if not filled.
Step 5 - Take the printout of the registration form
Aspirants must take the print of the duly filled application form and has to be compulsorily carried on the day which EMAT and personal interview will be conducted. Also, candidates are advised to carry their original documents of academics, experience and registration form.

EMAT Exam Centres 2025
EMAT 2025 will be held in Kochi only if the number of candidates is less than 10. However, if there are more than 10 candidates then additional centres would be in Trivandrum and Kozhikode.
Candidate’s EMAT 2025/CAT 2024 or GMAT scores will be used for the preliminary screening process to shortlist candidates. To get shortlisted for the selection rounds candidates are required to meet the minimum cutoff criteria of EMAT as per the following table as mentioned below or the cutoff is expected to be a minimum of 75% for CAT and a minimum score of 650 in GMAT.

Further, the selection will be based on the aspirant’s interview marks of candidates satisfying the above-mentioned eligibility criteria of CAT/GMAT/EMAT. The interview cutoff is expected to be as follows:

Only candidates who have successfully submitted the application form along with the payment of the registration fee will have to bring the following documents on the day of EMAT/Interview 2024.
Attested copy of the application form by the candidate. One passport-size photograph must be attached along with the application form.
Scorecard of Original CAT/GMAT; if the candidate is seeking admission through CAT/GMAT score.
Online application fee receipt copy.
Following original academic records and one set of self-attested copies.
i. 10th /SSLC/AISSE Mark Sheet and Certificate.
ii. Pre-Degree/AISSCE/HSC/Plus-Two/VHSE certificate and mark sheet
iii. All certificate and marksheet of Graduation or Professional Qualification, as applicable.
iv. Post-Graduation or other higher qualification mark sheet of all years & certificate. (not compulsory)
Original experience certificates for all the employment details submitted in the application form and a copy of self-attested documents. Also, working executives will have to submit the copy of the company registration /partnership deed as proof.
Valid certificate of proof of ST/SC/OBC (Non-Creamy layer)/PwD issued by the concerned authority.
Original photo identity proof such as Driving License/Passport/PAN Card/AADHAR and self-attested copy.
Copy of Gazette Notification in case there is a change in name.
The final merit list for admission to the EMAT program will be based on applicants fulfilling the above-mentioned criteria viz., EMAT cutoff and Interview cutoff. Students must note that scoring minimum marks does not entail final admission.
The MBA for working professionals can be done online or offline modes. The total fee for the Executive MBA programme conducted in the Kochi campus can be paid in eight instalments. The course fee includes a caution deposit, alumni fee and welfare fund.
