Careers360: Describe how your admission process went for PGDM/PGDM-BM at the SPJIMR? What were the challenges and takeaways from the process?
Answer: The Process consisted of three parts - Group Interview - I, which was an elimination round. The selected candidates then proceeded to take on a Writing Assessment Test (WAT), and finally the Group Interview - II.
I had an excellent experience of the overall process, especially GI-II, as it made for an excellent discussion on ethics in business, and I was lucky that one of the senior faculties, Prof. Jagdish Rattanani who took the Business Ethics course at SPJIMR was one of my panelists. The major challenge during GI-I was the vast array of things one was expected to be prepared with - I personally struggled with going back to my undergraduate syllabus and revising some of the topics, after being away for over 2 years. However, after traversing some of the those questions, the Interview mostly revolved around my introduction, interests and understanding why I wanted to pursue Marketing

Parts of the campus like the Lake, temple area make for peaceful spots which I personally like to use during free time or just to get away from the normal hustle-bustle of the curriculum.
