Q. Tell us something about yourself such as from which place are you from?

A: I am Lokesh Verma from Bokaro.

Q. Presently which course are you pursuing and in which year are you?

A: I am pursuing BCA course (Semester IV) from the Rungta Educational Foundation.

Q. Did you face any difficulty in the initial months when you joined Rungta Educational Foundation?

A: It was a completely new place and I knew so less about it, so it took some weeks for me to get used to the place around and everything nearby.

Q. What activities are offered in Rungta Educational Foundation? Are there any clubs etc for the various extracurricular activities? Which ones have you taken up and are a part of?

A: Besides our classes and training, Rungta R1 offers an amazing array of sports and cultural activities for us to enjoy. From top-notch facilities for cricket, basketball, volleyball, football, badminton, and table tennis to a fully equipped gym. Not to mention the 16 vibrant cultural clubs that ensure we have the perfect balance in our student life.

Q. Describe a typical day at Rungta Educational Foundation - what do you do from the time you wake up till you go to sleep?

A: My college days are packed with excitement from dawn till dusk. During the noon break, we all converge at the cafeteria/ mess for snacks, good vibes, and catching up with friends. After the afternoon sessions, there are some thrilling activities including sports, entertainment, and exploring the market scenes. Even after dinner, there's no slowing down as I dive into revising the day's lectures or prepping for the next day's project/assignment before sleeping.

Q. Tell us about the faculty-student ratio here and about the teacher-student relationship in your understanding.

A: At Rungta R1, there is a balanced faculty-student ratio. It is kept at an optimum level to provide each student with personalised attention and unwavering support. This creates a strong bond between the students and faculty, fostering a dynamic teacher-student relationship. Our professors are not just educators, they are mentors who are sincerely dedicated to the intellectual and personal growth of every student. A: At Rungta R1, there’s an in-house magazine covering campus events and scholarly journals showcasing research work by students and faculty. The publications at R1 keep the campus community updated on extracurricular activities and academic achievement.

• Campus Vaani: The Campus Vaani is published thrice a year and it reports all kinds of events that take place on the campus.

• Rungta International Journal of Electrical and Electronics Engineering: The Rungta International Journal of Electrical and Electronics Engineering is published by the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department annually.

A: The popular hangouts are the cafeteria, library, student lounges, sports facilities and common areas. The places near RCET to visit include Shiv Mandir Deobalod, Tandula Dam, Hajra Falls, Civic Centre, and Bamleshwari Mandir, Dongargarh

Q. How do you spend your leisure time at Rungta Educational Foundation?

A: During my leisure time on the Rungta Educational Foundation campus, I enjoy various activities depending on my mood:

• Socialising: I like to hang out with friends in the cafeteria or common areas, catching up and discussing various topics.

• Sports and Fitness: Engaging in sports activities at the campus gym or outdoor fields is a great way to stay active and unwind.

• Exploring Clubs: Participating in club activities related to my interests, whether it's academic, cultural, or hobby-based.

Campus life offers a diverse range of opportunities to enjoy leisure time, making it easy to balance academic pursuits with personal interests and relaxation.

Q. Do you have any Facebook page of your campus where the students express their views jokes or ideas, or maybe even a blog where they write about their experience of life at campus?

A: As far as I'm aware, there isn't a specific Facebook page or blog for Rungta R1 students where they share their views, jokes, or campus experiences. But let me tell you, the management is super open to student feedback and takes action where needed. There are various cells with passionate leaders making sure that every student's voice is heard loud and clear. It's fantastic to know that the management really cares about what we have to say.

Q. What type of companies come for campus recruitment and what percentage of students get placed every year? How is the recruitment process at Rungta Educational Foundation?

A: R1 is an exciting place for campus recruitment. Different types of companies across industries come for campus recruitment at R1 across functions. Here are some common categories:

• IT and Software Companies: It include multinational corporations and startups focusing on software development, IT services, and related technologies.
