Amity University was established as a private university under the Amity University Rajasthan Act 2008 in 2008 at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Spread over an area of 152 acres, AU Jaipur also has collaborations with other international universities and organizations and offers various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral degree programmes. In an exclusive interview with Careers360, Priyankaa, a student at Amity University Jaipur. She pursued MBA in Marketing and HR from Amity University, Jaipur. In this interview, Priyanka shares her experience and life at the AU Jaipur campus. What is life like inside university? How did she choose this career path? And other things about the university. Careers360: Tell us about your domain and your work profile. At the professional level, did you pursue the same field you were interested in or you switched?

Priyanka: Currently, I am working as Assistant Professor (Management).

Careers360: Can you briefly tell us about your career path so far?

Priyanka: I am pursuing PhD after MBA and working in academics from Amity University Jaipur.

Careers360: Is the Industry work different from what you learnt at Amity University Jaipur?

Priyanka: As per my internship experience i can partially agree but we have been prepared for such type of practical work in Amity University

Careers360: How do you think your time in college has added value to your life, both professional and personal?

Priyanka: I have developed my personality due to the professional yet friendly environment of college, additional benefits such as soft skills, public speaking are adhering an advantage to my professional career

Careers360: What was your initial thought process when you joined Amity University Jaipur?

Priyanka: It was exciting but nerve wrecking but I could sense the safety and security there and yes it was amazing throughout.

Priyanka: I had the most amazing years of my life in Amity University Jaipur. Being part of every cultural activity and pictures of those events still make me nostalgic

Careers360: Briefly take us through your life at the campus, the activities you used to do and your routine life.

Priyanka: Beside the classroom curriculum, different clubs were there to make us engage in physical activities, being part of a dance group enabled me to understand the value of teamwork and made me active throughout my college life.

Careers360: Apart from academics, what were the other activities you were involved in and how did it enrich your life?

Priyanka: I was entirely engaged in cultural activities like dance and fashion shows. Through dance I learnt team work and because of those Fashion Shows I won the elite Miss Rajasthan- Kota.

Careers360: How did you keep updated with the industrial requirements and what was the role of the institute in it?

Priyanka: We had industrial training every year as a part of curriculum and even Amity organised internship interviews. The process really helped me to keep the knowledge updated.

Priyanka: Amity as an educational institute focuses on student's entire growth and help them build their personality. Always be a proud alumni of Amity University Jaipur

Careers360: What is your suggestion/guidance for the Amity University Jaipur aspirants?

Priyanka: One thing that I would like to suggest is try to be regular with classes as most of the doubts and queries will get solved in the classrooms.

There are NO worries as for your kind information, the GGSIPU reserves 85% of it's seats for Delhi domicile and this includes both UG and PG courses. You can register for 2026 IPU CET exam next year for PG courses as the 2025 exam have been conducted already.

Amity University generally has qualified faculty and decent lab infrastructure for EEE. However, the quality may vary by campus. Some students find labs modern and helpful, while others feel practical exposure can be improved. You should check campus-specific reviews.

The fee of Amity University per year for Btech in Civil Engineering is as follows:

Tuiton Fees (Per year): 1.5 Lakhs to 2.5 Lakhs
Hostel Fees if opted for hostel (Per year): 1 Lakh to 1.7 Lakhs
Registration Fee: 20,000
Security Deposit (Refundable): 15,000

So if you opt for hostel, the total fees for the first year would be approx to 4 Lakhs.

Hello aspirant,

to get admission in Amity University for LLM course, you should have passed LLB ( or other equivalent degree) with minimum 50% for unreserved category and 45% for reserved category. Then appear their entrance exam and interview process. If you are selected you will get admission in the college.

I cannot go in a single way but as per my sources and things I have researched. if you want to get a proper settled arbitrary way of learning  JIIT Noida is the based choice but if you want a complete balance and have diverse modification of the subjects then AMITY Noida. As the Campus is quite same in both the colleges. It then comes into the preference of which is better for you
