Q. Tell us something about yourself.
Ans: My name is Gagandeep, and I am currently in my first year of the BBA programme at SDDGPI. I have a keen interest in business management and entrepreneurship. Outside of my academic pursuits, I am passionate about sports, particularly basketball, and I enjoy participating in various community service activities. I am excited about the opportunities that SDDGPI offers and look forward to making the most of my time here.

Q. How did you come to choose SDDGPI and what factors were instrumental in your choice?
Ans: I choose SDDGPI because of its excellent reputation in business education and the strong emphasis on practical learning. The university's state-of-the-art facilities, experienced faculty, and comprehensive curriculum were key factors in my decision. Additionally, the vibrant campus life, diverse student body, and numerous extracurricular activities made SDDGPI the perfect place for my personal and professional growth.

Q. What were the salient features of the admission process at SDDGPI that struck you as unique?
Ans: The SDDGPI admission process was very well-organised and student-friendly. What stood out to me was the personal interview round, where the panel focused not just on my academic achievements but also on my extracurricular activities and future aspirations. The process was holistic, taking into account my overall profile and not just test scores. This approach made me feel valued and understood as a prospective student.
Q. What is your take on the initial days at SDDGPI campus considering that it is the time to build contacts, and understand the processes? Could you give details on the support given by SDDGPI?
Ans: The initial days at SDDGPI were incredibly welcoming and well-structured. The university organised an extensive orientation programme that included campus tours, meet-and-greet sessions with faculty and peers, and workshops to help us understand the academic and administrative processes. The mentorship programme, where senior students guided us through our initial days, was particularly helpful. The support from faculty and staff was excellent, ensuring that we had all the resources we needed to settle in comfortably.

Q. Now that you are a part of SDDGPI campus, what in your opinion are stand apart features of the institute that you think are really assets to building a student's career and future?
Ans: One of the standout features of SDDGPI is its focus on experiential learning.
