I have two years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Origin HR and recently interned at JM Financial Services, where I focused on strategic talent acquisition. I’m actively involved in co-curriculars as the co-head of the Synergy Club and a core member of IBS Mumbai's Conduct Committee. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and photography.

Bharti Sharma: I interned at JM Financial Services for three months. Before the internship, the placement office thoroughly assesses the role to ensure it aligns with our goals.
Careers360: How was your experience with the summer internship? What are the key takeaways that you can look back on from it?
Bharti Sharma: My internship at JM Financial Services was fantastic. Despite having prior experience, I was treated like a full-time employee.
