Careers360: How was your experience with the summer internships? What are the key takeaways that you can look back on from it?
Aanchal Chauhan: My internship was a blend of challenges and valuable learning experiences. It helped me break the bubble I had created around myself when it came to talking to strangers and convincing them, gradually boosting my confidence in communication and negotiation.
I also enhanced important soft skills like persuasion and networking, which were essential for interacting effectively with respondents and stakeholders. Additionally, I learned to adapt my approach to different mindsets and situations, developed strategies to handle them, and built resilience by overcoming obstacles along the way.
