IMT Nagpur Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria

How to Apply for IMT Nagpur PGDM Admission 2025?

To apply for IMT Nagpur PGDM admission 2025, Eligible candidates can visit the official website of IMT - imt.edu and fill out the online IMT application form. IMT Nagpur registration can be done in online mode only. Candidates can follow the steps mentioned to fill out the IMT Nagpur admission form 2025.

Step 1: Visit the official website of IMT Nagpur or (Click here)

Step 2: Click on the "Apply now" tab available under IMT Common Admissions 2025.

Step 3: Enter the details First name, Middle name, Last name, Email ID, Mobile, State, City, Mobile OTP and Email OTP to create an account in the IMT Common Admission portal.

Step 4: An email has been sent containing the User ID and Password to candidates' registered email ID and mobile number

Step 5: Now re-login and fill out the IMT Nagpur application form. Enter the personal details, educational qualifications, test details and work experience (if available).

Step 6: Now click on the “Make Payment” button to pay the IMT Nagpur registration fees of Rs. 3500.

IMT Nagpur PGDM Selection Process 2025

• Candidates may submit any one of the national-level scorecards such as CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT. One can submit more than one scorecard. IMT Nagpur will consider the best score before releasing the final admit offer.

• Candidates will be shortlisted for WAT, Group Discussion and Personal Interviews on the basis of the submitted scorecard. Candidates will be called for the GE & PI process only once. Candidates will be evaluated on the following parameters for the GE/PI round Analytical and Problem-solving skills, Communication and Interpersonal skills, Future potential for employability, Domain knowledge, Business Affairs and General Awareness

• There is no specific entrance test to get admitted to IMT Nagpur for PGDM programme. A pure merit-based selection process will be followed. All shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds at the allotted centre which they have selected in the IMT Nagpur application form and on the date and time.

• The final IMT Nagpur admission decision will be made after GE & PI. All the shortlisted candidates will be provided with information pertaining to fees, accommodation, schedule etc., followed by reporting and induction.

IMT Nagpur PGDM Admission 2025: Final Merit List Preparation

The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the following components.

• CAT/ GMAT/ XAT/ CMAT (best score)

• Past academic scores (Xth, XII and Graduation) and ranking of graduating institute/ college/ university.

IMT Nagpur Admission 2025- Refund Policy

1. Prior to applying to IMT, candidates need to acquaint themselves with all the rules and regulations. Under no circumstances, the payment will be refunded to the user. If the IMT online application process fails at the time of payment transaction, authorities will notify the applicant. Only in this situation, the institute will entertain complaints/ queries

2. After submission of the application form, no cancellation or refund will be entertained under any circumstances except in the case of multiple transactions

In case of multiple transactions, candidates must send the following details ar admissions@imt.edu for a refund.

• First and last four digits of candidate's credit/ debit card number

• The expiry date of the card

• Cardholder name

• Transaction date

• Application form number

• Transaction number for which they want a refund

IMT Nagpur PGDM Admission 2025: Education Loan

IMT Nagpur has tied up with several banks such as Punjab National Bank, Bank of Baroda, Indian Bank, HDFC and CREDILA to offer loans to such candidates who want to pursue the PGDM programme at IMT Nagpur.
