Careers360: Tell us something about yourself such as from which place are you from?

Vishal Dixit: I am from Kolkata and I travel 24 km to reach the college.

Careers360: Presently which course are you pursuing and in which year are you?

Vishal Dixit: Currently, I am Pursuing MBA in Marketing and Finance and I am in 2nd year

Careers360: Did you face any difficulty in the initial months when you joined the institute?

Vishal Dixit: The initial months when I joined the institute, it was tough because everything was new for me but the way our Faculties and College guided us was amazing, It was a new experience and great learning for me.

Careers360: What activities are offered in the institute? Are there any clubs etc for the various extracurricular activities? Which ones have you taken up and are a part of?

Vishal Dixit: There are Several activities which have been offered to us, some of them are Personal Grooming sessions, Industry Interaction with the top Reputed Persons of Many companies, Industry Visits and many more. There are Several Clubs like UniServe, UniSpeak, UniLit, UniSports etc. I was a part of the UniServe Club, where we conducted The Women Empowerment Session.

Careers360: Tell us about the faculty-student ratio here and about the teacher-student relationship in your understanding.

Vishal Dixit: The Teacher-Student relationship emerges like a Family when you spend a few months in college. Teachers Are ready to help you at any time and apart from your studies if you seek some knowledge, you get good help from the Teachers.

Careers360: What facilities do you have in the campus? What do you like here the most which you feel is unique and differentiating?

Vishal Dixit: We have a big library, huge auditorium, Computer Lab, WIFI enabled classrooms etc. There are specialised faculties for each department for Marketing, Finance, HR & Digital Marketing.
The most unique and differentiating thing which I like about This College is that The college gives you maximum corporate exposure. Also, the special bond you form with the college and with the Faculties.

Careers360: What about the medical facilities? Can you avail requisite medical attention if needed in an emergency?

Vishal Dixit: There is an Emergency First Aid Kit which is always there and is taken care of as well. Yes, definitely we can avail requisite medical attention.

Careers360: How do you balance your studies, projects, exams and other activities?

Vishal Dixit: In the initial days it was tough but as you get used to it, it will be beneficial for us, because you will be able to multitask and it increases our speed as well and give us the ability to work under pressure.

Careers360: Tell us about the clubs and societies at the campus and how significant are they from your point of view or students point of view?

Vishal Dixit: The clubs and Societies at the campus are significant from the student's point of view because it teaches us a lot and increases our interaction with the Faculties and our fellow students.

Careers360: What are the popular hangouts at the institute? What, according to you, are the most-visited places nearby?

Vishal Dixit: There are various places nearby Like RDB Cinemas, Decathlon and Many many restaurants for students to visit.

Careers360: Do you have any Facebook page of your campus where the students express their views, jokes or ideas, or maybe even a blog where they write about their experience of life at campus?

Vishal Dixit: Yes, we have our college Facebook and Instagram page where every event/activity, student achievements etc. are shared and students also share their views and ideas.

Careers360: What type of companies come for campus recruitment and what percentage of students get placed every year? How is the recruitment process here?

Vishal Dixit: We get all types of companies in our college Starting from FMCGs, Banks, BIG 4s, and many more. This year almost 95% of the students are placed and I am sure the rest will also be placed soon. The recruitment process is very smooth here as the college has CSD sessions which enhance our skills and make us ready for the GDs, PI sessions and Aptitude Tests.
