The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore announced IPMAT 2025 exam date in online mode on its official website- iimidr.ac.in. IPMAT 2025 is scheduled to be held on May 12. IPMAT Exam 2025 is an aptitude test conducted by the IIM Indore to join the 5-year integrated MBA programme

What is IPMAT Exam?

The Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by IIM Indore for admission to the 5 years Integrated Programme in Management offered by IIM Indore, IIM Ranchi, IIFT Delhi and other management colleges in India. Aspiring candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can appear for the IPMAT 2025 exam. The minimum qualification required to apply for the IPMAT exam is Class 10/ X/ SSC and Class 12/ XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations with a minimum of a 60 percent aggregate mark.

The IIM Indore will announce the IPMAT 2025 result in online mode on the official website. Candidates will be able to check the IPMAT exam 2025 result by using their login credentials. The result is available in the form of a scorecard which includes the overall and sectional scores of test-takers. Candidates who are shortlisted based on their IPMAT score will be called for further selection rounds of PI.

How to Check IPMAT Result 2025?

Visit the official website of IIM Indore and go to IPMAT section
Click on the “Results” button
Enter your IPMAT 2025 application form number
Enter the registered email ID or Date of Birth in DD/MM/YY format
Now enter the Security Code/ Password
Click on the 'Get Status' tab
IPMAT 2025 provisional shortlist will be displayed. Download it and take two printouts.

Computation Process of IPMAT result 2025

The table given below explains the formula that is used in order to compute the result/ score of IPMAT 2025:

IPMAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Check the eligibility criteria mentioned on the IPMAT 2025 official website and make sure you meet them before applying. Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria as set by the IIM Indore. Let us have a look at the category-wise educational qualification and minimum age requirement below:
General and NC-OBC Category: Candidates who passed Class 10 / SSC and Class 12 / HSC or equivalent examinations with a minimum mark of 60 percent in 2021, 2022 and appearing in 2025 can appear for IPMAT exam 2025.
SC/ ST and PWD (DA) Category: Minimum of 55 percent aggregate in Class 10/ SSC and Class 12I/ HSC or equivalent examinations in 2021, 2022 & appearing in 2025.
Age Limit: For general category candidates, the age limit is a maximum of 20 years of age as of August 1, 2025. The SC/ST category candidates should not be more than 25 years old.

IPMAT 2025 Application Process

IIM Indore will announce the IPMAT 2025 registration date on its official site. The IPMAT 2025 application form will probably be commenced in the second week of February 2025. The IPMAT 2025 exam application form will be available on the official website of IIM Indore. The correction window of IPMAT will take place probably in the second week of April 2025.

Aspiring candidates are required to first complete the online registration to create login credentials. Now login again using the created login ID and password, fill in the details, and pay the IPMAT exam fee to complete the application process.

Candidates must create an account in the IPMAT registration portal by entering details such as name, date of birth, gender, email ID, and phone number.

IPMAT 2025 Exam Pattern

IPMAT 2025 exam date is May 12. IPMAT is an online test, and the duration of the exam is 120 minutes (2 hours). As per the IPMAT exam pattern 2025, the test paper will have a total of 100 questions divided across two sections namely, Quantitative Ability (Multiple Choice and Short Answer Questions) and Verbal Ability (Multiple Choice Questions). IPMAT 2025 Cutoff

The cutoff of IPMAT 2025 will be released by IIM Indore. IPMAT cutoff signifies the minimum marks to be scored by test takers to be able to get shortlisted for the further rounds of selection. IPMAT 2025 Selection Process

The IPMAT 2025 selection process comprises a two-step process. The first step requires the aspirants to appear in the IPM Aptitude Test. On the basis of the overall score secured in the Aptitude Test (AT), candidates are shortlisted for the second stage, which involves a personal interview (PI). The final merit list will be based on the scores in both stages. The shortlisted candidates will be offered admission to the Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) offered by IIM Indore and IIM Ranchi.

You cannot directly apply to an IIM for an integrated 5-year MBA program after completing one year of a B.Tech degree. These programs are specifically designed for students who have completed their 12th standard.

No, CUET exam is not enough to get into IIMs . You need to get IPMAT EXAM. Although syllabus of CUET and IPMAT are quite similar but IIMs consider IPMAT exam score for five year integrated courses.
