The IPMAT and JIPMAT acceptance rate is generally very low considering the limited seats and high competition among candidates. Also, these programs are offered only by a handful of institutes. IPMAT and JIPMAT are the two exams that can be taken by candidates for pursuing a 5 year integrated management program. Out of the 5 years both the courses, IPMAT and JIPMAT consist of a three-year BBA (Bachelor in Business Administration) and a two-year MBA (Master in Business Administration).
The IPMAT and JIPMAT acceptance rate refers to the percentage of applicants that finally get selected for the program out of all the applicants that apply. The IPMAT and JIPMAT acceptance rates are influenced by several factors like total seats, number of applicants, reservation criteria, etc. The extent to which these factors influence the IPMAT and JIPMAT acceptance rates are explained below.

The IPMAT acceptance rate for IIM Indore is around 0.006. This means that for every 1000 candidates that apply for IPMAT, only 7 candidates get selected after the shortlisting process. The total number of seats for IPMAT is 450. The IPMAT seat distribution across different colleges is given in the table below.

The JIPMAT acceptance rate is around 0.02 i.e. for every 1000 candidates that apply merely 2 candidates can make it through the entire selection process. The total number of seats for JIPMAT is 260 which is around half of IPMAT seats. The seat distribution among IIMs for JIPMAT is given in the table below.

In terms of the difficulty level both IPMAT and JIPMAT are considered to be the same. The exam pattern for both is also almost the same. The only difference is in the number of questions asked across different sections. The marking scheme is also the same for both.
The IPMAT acceptance rate is a mere 0.006 i.e. for every 1000 applicants only 6 or 7 can make it to the final merit list. Apart from the IPMAT score the Personal Interview round also carries a significant weightage in the overall selection process. The weightage of the Personal Interview is 35%.
The IPMAT seats reserved for General category candidates are around 30.5%. The number of seats for General category candidates comes to be around 135 (approx.). The seats for reserved category candidates are around 315 (approximately).
IIM Jammu does not accept IPMAT scores. IIM Jammu accepts the JIPMAT exam scores for admission to its 5-year full-time integrated program in management. The first three years of the program are for BBA courses and the two years are for MBA courses. The average package is approximately 16.5 Lakhs per annum.
The acceptance rate for IPMAT Rohtak is low primarily due to limited seats, intense competition, and the exam's high difficulty. IIM Rohtak offers only 165 spots for its five-year integrated management program, while thousands of candidates compete for them.
