IPMAT 2018 - The result of IPMAT 2018 has been released by IIM Indore on May 28 and the candidates for WAT and PI rounds have been shortlisted. The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore had successfully conducted the Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) 2018 on May 11, across 28 test centres in India. IPMAT is conducted for the admissions to the Five-Year Integrated Management Programme at IIM Indore. The IPMAT Admit Card 2018 was released on May 7, 2018. The admission to the programme for 2018-23 batch will take place through IPMAT 2018 scores. There are 120 seats in the programme. The application procedure of IPMAT 2018 started from March 12 and closed on April 18, 2018. Candidates must make sure that they go through the eligibility criteria before applying for the test. Only those candidates who have completed the registration process successfully could download the admit card from May 7, 2018. As many as 17,716 candidates have applied for the test of which 7,103 are girls and 10,613 are boys. The results of IPMAT 2018 has been announced on May 28. Candidates have been shortlisted according to the cutoff for WAT and PI rounds. The IPMAT 2018 result can be checked online by logging in through candidate’s credentials.

The candidates who meet the cutoff as released by IIM-Indore after the exam result will be called for Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI). The candidates will be selected on the basis of their overall performance in the Aptitude Test, WAT and PI. Any candidate who fails to appear in either Aptitude Test, Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview or both shall not be considered for selection. The selection process is done in Five Stages.
The admit card for IPMAT 2018 was issued by IIM Indore on May 7, 2018. The admit card/hall ticket was available in the online mode only for those candidates who registered for the test by filling the application form along with the application fee. IPMAT 2018 admit card is the most important document for IPMAT 2018. It is a proof of registration for the candidates as only the successfully registered candidates were able to download the IPMAT admit card 2018.

IPMAT 2018 is a computer-based test, consisting of 100 questions to be completed in two hours (120 minutes). As per the exam pattern of IPMAT 2018, the exam pattern was divided into three sections namely Quantitative Ability (Multiple Choice Questions), Quantitative Ability (Short Answer Questions- SA) and Verbal Ability (Multiple Choice Questions). The sections were time bound.
Marking Scheme: As per the marking scheme, each question carries four marks. A correct answer will get four marks, and every wrong answer will have a deduction of one mark. Negative marking will not be applicable for the Quantitative Ability (Short Answer Questions).

The exam has been successfully conducted and the answer key for IPMAT 2018 may be available if the authorities provide the answer key of the online exam. Candidates who will be appearing for the test can check or download the IPMAT 2018 answer key from the official website, if it is released. The answer key of IPMAT 2018 released by experts or coaching centres will also be available on Careers360 website.
The eligibility criteria for IPMAT 2018 is officially prescribed by IIM Indore, the exam conducting body.
General and NC-OBC Category: Minimum 60% in Standard X/ SSC and Standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations.
SC/ST and PWD (DA) Category: Minimum 55% in Standard X/ SSC and Standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations.
Age Limit: The age limit for general category is maximum 20 years of age as on July 31, 2018, and the age limit for SC/ST category is maximum 22 years of age as of July 31, 2018.
The application form of IPMAT 2018 was available in the online mode from March 12, 2018. The last date to submit the filled application form was April 18, 2018. Candidates aspiring to appear for the test are required to complete the application process. As compared to the previous year, the application fee has increased for IPMAT 2018
