Q. Tell us about your domain and your work profile. At the professional level, did you pursue the same field you were interested or you switched?
Ans: I work in the healthcare domain, specifically in hospital quality and accreditations. I have 8 years of experience in this field, ensuring that healthcare institutions meet the required standards and provide the highest quality of care. Additionally, I have spent 3 years working in Healthcare IT, focusing on integrating technology to improve healthcare services. I have pursued the field I was initially interested in, expanding my expertise to include IT solutions in healthcare.
Q. Can you briefly tell us about your career path so far?
Ans: My career began in hospital quality and accreditations, where I dedicated 8 years to improving healthcare standards and patient safety. I then transitioned to Healthcare IT, where I have spent the last 3 years working on technology solutions to enhance healthcare delivery and efficiency. This combination has allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and technological aspects of healthcare.

Q. Is the industry work different from what you learnt at IIHMR Bangalore?
Ans: In the real world, particularly in the industry, the work environment is far more dynamic and complex than what we experience in an academic setting. However, the foundational knowledge, principles, and practical exposure I gained during my time at college have been invaluable in navigating and handling real-world scenarios effectively. These experiences provided me with the tools and confidence needed to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving professional landscape.
Q. How do you think your time in IIHMR Bangalore has added value to your life, both professional and personal?
Ans: IIHMR Bangalore provided me with the essential theoretical knowledge and critical thinking skills necessary for my professional life. It also helped me develop a disciplined approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous learning. Personally, college was a place where I formed lasting relationships and learned the importance of teamwork and collaboration.

Q. What was your initial thought process when you joined IIHMR Bangalore?
Ans: When I joined IIHMR Bangalore, I was eager to gain in-depth knowledge and skills in my chosen field. I was focused on making the most of the resources and opportunities available to prepare myself for a successful career in healthcare.
Q. You must have spent a memorable time at IIHMR Bangalore. Do you miss being a part of it? Share a few good memories.
Ans: Yes, I have many fond memories of my time at IIHMR Bangalore. I miss the vibrant campus life, the engaging lectures, and the camaraderie with my peers. Some of my best memories include late-night study sessions, participating in college events, and the invaluable guidance from my professors.
Q. Briefly take us through your life at the campus, the activities you used to do and your routine life.
Ans: Campus life at IIHMR Bangalore was a mix of rigorous academic work and extracurricular activities. My routine included attending lectures, participating in study groups, and spending time practical on – field visits. I was also involved in various student organisations and events that allowed me to develop leadership and organisational skills.

Q. Apart from academics, what were the other activities you were involved in and how did it enrich your life?
Ans: Apart from academics, I was involved in student organisations, on-site field visits, and college events. These activities enriched my life by enhancing my leadership, communication, and organisational skills. They also provided a balanced approach to personal and professional development.
Q. How did you keep updated with the industrial requirements and what was the role of IIHMR Bangalore in it?
Ans: I stayed updated with industry requirements through internships, attending workshops, and participating in seminars and conferences. IIHMR Bangalore played a crucial role by providing access to these opportunities and encouraging us to engage with industry professionals.
Q. You are a proud alumnus of IIHMR Bangalore. What is the best part of IIHMR Bangalore from a student's perspective?

To ensure that the material created is consistent with the overall aims of a digital marketing campaign, content marketing specialists work closely with SEO and digital marketing professionals.
A sales manager is a revenue-generating source for a company. Any organisation or company which sells a commodity or service requires sales to generate revenue. A Sales manager is a professional responsible for supervising the sales team. An Individual as a sales manager works closely with salespeople, assigns sales territories, sets quotas, mentors the members of the sales, assigns sales training, and builds a sales plan.
The Sales Manager work also includes hiring and laying off sales personnel after evaluating his or her work performance. He or she is enthusiastic, organised, and very diligent in meeting financial constraints. He or she works with other team members to produce advertising campaigns and decides if a new product or service is marketable.
A Marketing manager plans and executes marketing initiatives to create demand for goods and services and increase consumer awareness of them. A marketing manager prevents unauthorised statements and informs the public that the business is doing everything to investigate and fix the line of products. Students can pursue an MBA in Marketing Management courses to become marketing managers.
An SEO Analyst is a web professional who is proficient in the implementation of SEO strategies to target more keywords to improve the reach of the content on search engines. He or she provides support to acquire the goals and success of the client’s campaigns.
