Q. Tell us about your domain and your work profile. At the professional level, did you pursue the same field you were interested or you switched?
Ans: Till now I have worked in both specialised domains that I have selected in 2nd year say Marketing and HR. Nearly 8 months in both domains. Now I am looking to work in the banking domain.
Q. Can you briefly tell us about your career path so far?
Ans: Initially I worked in sales profile as a "Sales trainee" where I managed the territory of the Noida location. Next, I worked as an HR intern in work-from-home model where I managed the recruitment cycle. After that, I went for government job preparation to settle my career here.

Q. Is the Industry work different from what you learnt at RSB Chennai?
Ans: No, everything is the same as what I learned in the course. Exactly same with respect to activities done in the classroom.
Q. How do you think your time in RSB Chennai has added value to your life, both professional and personal?
Ans: Yes, I have learned a lot regarding society manners and discipline. Also learned a lot with respect to industry trends. In my personal life, I have become more friendly to everyone.

Q. What was your initial thought process when you joined Rajalakshmi School of Business?
Ans: The thought was I would go through industries available in our country and their relation with other countries. Also, I will meet industry experts in person was my thoughts before joining RSB Chennai.
Q. You must have spent a memorable time at RSB. Do you miss being a part of it? Share a few good memories.
Ans: Yeah, I have made lots of friends & interact with them like family. Most likely relation with guru "Badri sir & Librarian sir" is fabulous. Till now I remember Badri sir for guidance.
Q. Briefly take us through your life at the campus, the activities you used to do and your routine life.
Ans: The campus was green & that made me feel happy. One activity where 7-8 friends sit together to decide in which event he/she will go. In the morning we greet everyone and read the newspaper and guru comes to class and teaches planned topics with activities.

Q. Apart from academics, what were the other activities you were involved in and how did it enrich your life?
Ans: Soft skill training that improves presentation methods also communication skills in life.
Q. What is your suggestion/ guidance for PGDM aspirants?
Ans: Stay calm and make specialisation decisions carefully. Utilise more library resources and read research papers available there. Have smooth and transparent communication with guru and parents.

Hello dear , both college are best ,they have their own specialty and goodness. It's depend on you in which college you prefer . Otherwise both are reputated , and good infrastructure also they have good ranked . Fees are also different like rcm Bangalore pgdm fees have 7.9 lakhs approx and rsb Chennai fees for pgdm have 6.6 lakhs approx .
