Nirma University MBA Form 2026: Who Can Apply?

Before applying for the Nirma 2026 MBA admission, candidates must check if they are fulfilling all the eligibility criteria:

(i) For admission to the Nirma University MBA 2026-28 batch, candidates must have at least a three-year bachelor's degree (10+2+3) or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.

(ii) Further, the candidates registered in the programme should have appeared in all graduation examinations by the time of joining the programme. Any outstanding or backlog status in the graduation examinations would disqualify the candidate from admission.

(iii) It is mandatory to submit a CAT score along with the NIRMA University MBA application form 2026.

(iv) Candidates appearing/appeared in the final year of the Bachelor's Degree can also apply, provided they provide proof of having met the minimum eligibility criteria within three months of commencement of the programme.

Nirma University 2026 MBA Form: How to Apply

Interested candidates can follow the steps given below, which will help them in accessing the Nirma University 2026 MBA application form.

Step 1: Once you have received your CAT scores, begin by accessing this link admissions-im.nirmauni.ac.in/student/default.aspx to access their registration portal.

Step 2: On the registration portal, fill out all the required information for ‘new candidate registration’.

Step 3: After filling up the above information, you will receive an OTP on your registered email id.

Step 4: Once you enter the OTP on this page, you will receive your Login credentials for your application form in your registered email id.

Step 5: Following this, candidates need to login with these credentials.

Step 6: For a first time visit, candidates may be asked to change the password. Enter the new password (if required).

Step 7: After login, Applicant’s Dashboard will be displayed.

Step 8: Click on the Application Form button on the upper left corner of the screen.

Step 9: Read the declaration carefully and check the box before proceeding further.

Step 10: After this, candidates are required to fill in the personal information.

Step 11: Then, Fill Admission Details

▪ Select the Programme

▪ Select Sub-Category

▪ Press the radio button to select and get the fees details

▪ Enter CAT– 2025 Registration Number

▪ Click ‘Save and Next’ to proceed

Step 12: Following this, Confirm the details

▪ Review the information filled

▪ Select the payment method and complete the Process.

▪ Click ‘Proceed Now’ for payment process
