About: MET Asian Management Development Centre (MET AMDC), Mumbai is a part of the Mumbai Educational Trust (MET). MET AMDC Mumbai courses are offered at the postgraduate level. It offers PGP EMBA, PGP uMBA and PGP uMBA. For MET AMDC Mumbai admission to the PGP EMBA programme, candidates are shortlisted based on MET-MCT/ MH-CET/ CMAT/ XAT/ CAT/ ATMA/ GMAT/ NMAT/ MAT + Aptitude Questions and Statement of Purpose - SOP on video (Online interview only if required) + Academics Performance + other parameters. Major recruiters during MET AMDC Mumbai placements are A K Capital Services Ltd, Abbott India Ltd, ABP News, Accenture, Aditya Birla Retail Ltd, American Express Bank and others. Classrooms, E-enabled libraries, wi-fi connectivity, conference rooms, hi-tech Convention Centre, and sports facilities are the MET AMDC Mumbai facilities available on the campus.

Q. Tell us about your domain and your work profile. At the professional level, did you pursue the same field you were interested or you switched?

A: I am from the IT Domain and worked as a Product Head in Team Computers Pvt Ltd.

Q. Can you briefly tell us about your career path so far?

A: My career path was MBA in Marketing.

Q. Is the industry work different from what you learnt at MET Institute?

A: Subjects like marketing digital marketing help a lot.

Q. How do you think your time in MET has added value to your life, both professional and personal?

A: MET has added value to my life both professionally and personally as it built up my confidence. All interview sessions helped us for practical knowledge.

Q. What was your initial thought process when you joined MET Institute?

A: How would I adjust here, I am from Dombivili so I used to come from Dombivili to Bandra, but it was a superb experience.

Q. You must have spent a memorable time at MET. Do you miss being a part of it? Share a few good memories.

A: Yes, I miss all golden days. Canteen, group discussion, group presentation, being senior and visiting Uttan to groom juniors that feeling was superb as hardly few seniors get this opportunity. I made some good friends and participated in dance competitions and being the lead dancer in the annual event was a wow feeling. Playing box cricket for the first time with all gal gang and Bangalore industry visits.

Q. Briefly take us through your life at the campus, the activities you used to do and your routine life.

A: As mentioned above. I was very active in debate competitions, dance and all group activities. I also got an opportunity to visit Uttan and groom juniors.

Q. Apart from academics, what were the other activities you were involved in and how did it enrich your life?

A: It was a superb experience in MET and it made me learn to handle exposures made me learnt how to lead the group.

Q. You are a proud alumnus of MET. What is the best part of MET Institute from a student's perspective?

A: MET provides multiple practical sessions through many mediums that are very helpful for kids to survive in the corporate world. In our company, there are three of us from MET and we are proud of the same.

Q. What is your suggestion/ guidance for the PGP EMBA aspirants?

A: Just trust the institution and participate in all activities specifically mock interview sessions and debate competitions.
