IIM Indore Admission Criteria 2017: IIM Indore has released the admission criteria for the post-graduate batch of 2017-19. According to the admission criteria, the maximum weight-age during final selection will be given to Personal Interview (PI) scores. IIM Indore will give not give any weight-age to Gender Diversity in final selections.IIM Indore will adopt a three-stage selection process (I) Eligibility criteria (II) Shortlist for Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) (III) Final Selection. Selection criteria for each of the stages are given below:
Eligible candidates will first be shortlisted on the basis of CAT Cutoff, both sectional and overall. Only stage-1 shortlisted candidates will be called for further admission procedure at IIM Indore.

Only those candidates satisfying the requirements mentioned in Stage 1 will be considered for this stage of shortlisting for WAT and PI. Sufficient number of candidates for WAT and PI for each category (General, NC-OBC, SC, ST and DA) will be shortlisted using the merit list generated based on Composite Score (CS) as mentioned below,

Candidates short-listed for WAT and PI will be intimated in the month of January 2017. Individual regret letters will not be sent to applicants who are not shortlisted for WAT and PI. IIM Indore conducts admission interviews in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai only.
Candidates shortlisted for WAT and PI at Stage-2 must have to attend both WAT and PI, otherwise, they will be not be considered for the next stage of selection process i.e Stage-3. IIM Indore also expects a consistent and minimum performance in the different parameters of Personal Interview (PI), which will be decided by Admissions Committee. Candidates not meeting the minimum performance in any of PI parameters will not be considered for the next stage of selection process i.e. Stage-3.
The candidates satisfying the requirements mentioned in Stage 2 will only be considered for the final selection. Category wise merit list will be generated based on Final Composite Score (CS).

As per Government of India reservation norms, 15% and 7.5% of the total seats are reserved for scheduled caste (SC) and scheduled tribe (ST) candidates respectively meeting IIMI's admission requirements; 27% seats are reserved for non-creamy layer- other backward classes (NC-OBC) candidates meeting IIMI's admission requirements. In addition, 3% seats are reserved for persons with disabilities (as per the provisions of Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995) meeting IIMI's admission requirements. The three categories of disabilities are: (a) low vision/blindness, b) hearing impairment, and c) locomotor disability/cerebral palsy.

If you want to get admission into MBA program of IIM Indore then you have to have the following academics.
90+ in your 10th, 90+ in your 12th, 65+ in any non engineering graduation, or 75+ in engineering.
After this you have to give CAT( common aptitude test), which is an aptitude test consisting of three sections:
You have 100 questions of +3/-1 marking scheme. You have to score around 160 marks in the exam with individually clearing the cutoff of each section which will be approx 40 marks.
Then the percentile results will be declared and you have to be in 99 percentile for engineering background and 98 percentile for non engineering background.

Dear Harsh, to pursue IPM at IIM Indore, you need to appear for IPMAT. To be eligible for IPMAT, you should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% in Classes 10th and 12th. This is a collective required aggregate and not required for any specific subject. It is 60% for General Category and OBC-NCL while it is 55% for Reserved Categories.
