IIM Indore executed the final placement process for 2018 batch of 624 students, one of the largest batches in IIMs, with 12 percent higher average salary than previous year. More than 200 companies participated in the recruitment event. The number of Pre Placement Offers (PPOs) was 147, which is 40 percent higher than last year. The average salary for IPM batch increased by 21 percent. Finance was the highest recruiting domain followed by Consulting & Strategy.
IIM Indore Fees - Need Based Financial Assistance (NBFA )
IIMI extends need based financial assistance to students who are deserving but cannot afford the fees. The objective of this aid is to ensure that no student is deprived of an education at the institute merely for financial cause.
Below mentioned are the parameters to avail the facility of NBFA -
If gross family income is below Rs.9,00,000/- in the previous financial year. For example, if today is 25 July 2019, the gross family income for the financial year 2018-19 (01st April 2018 to 31st March 2019) will be considered.
Should have availed bank education loan to pursue PGP, PGP-HR, PGP Mumbai & IPM programmes.
80 percent subsidy is given on mess charges on actuals, i.e, upto to maximum ofRs.3,600/- per month (i.e, 80% of monthly mess charge of Rs.4,500/-)to PGP, PGP Mumbai, PGP-HR and IPM participants with familyannual income upto Rs.4,50,000/-
Financial aid provided to the participants of PGP 2nd, IPM 5th and PGP Mumbai 2nd year to meet the expenses of Student Exchange Programme, to the extent of (upto) Rs. @ Rs.2,00,000, Rs.1,50,000/- and Rs. 1,00,000/- respectively.
IIM Indore Fees - Bank Loans
To meet the exorbitant expenses at IIM-I, aspirants can opt for Education Loan to pay the IIM Indore fees. An education loan of Rs 15-20L is readily offered to students who secure admission in one of the premier colleges in India (like IIMs, ISB, SPJIMR, IITs, BITS etc). If you want to get admission into MBA program of IIM Indore then you have to have the following academics.
90+ in your 10th, 90+ in your 12th, 65+ in any non engineering graduation, or 75+ in engineering.
After this you have to give CAT( common aptitude test), which is an aptitude test consisting of three sections:
You have 100 questions of +3/-1 marking scheme. You have to score around 160 marks in the exam with individually clearing the cutoff of each section which will be approx 40 marks.
Then the percentile results will be declared and you have to be in 99 percentile for engineering background and 98 percentile for non engineering background.

Dear Harsh, to pursue IPM at IIM Indore, you need to appear for IPMAT. To be eligible for IPMAT, you should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% in Classes 10th and 12th. This is a collective required aggregate and not required for any specific subject. It is 60% for General Category and OBC-NCL while it is 55% for Reserved Categories.
