To fill the application form for IGNOU MBA 2025, candidates are advised to visit the official website of IGNOU. Then, click on “Online Admission System” and select the desired programme from the list of programmes offered by IGNOU. After that, you will be redirected to a new page.
Step 2 - Fill in the basic information to generate the application number
If you are registering for the first time, you should click on the “Register Yourself” button to create a user account. You will need to fill in some basic information such as your name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, etc. You will receive a registration ID and password after completing this step. You should use them to log in to your account and proceed to the next step.

IGNOU MBA Fee Structure 2025-27
IGNOU offers a two-year MBA programme that consists of 28 courses and has five specializations to choose from. IGNOU MBA Admission is done based on the eligibility criteria and the availability of seats. There is no entrance test for admission to MBA programme for 2025. The fee structure for the MBA programme is as follows:
- The total fee for the MBA programme is Rs. 62,500/-.
- The fee per semester is Rs. 15,500/-.
- The fee per course is Rs. 1500/-.
- The registration fee is Rs. 300/- (non-refundable) and has to be paid at the time of admission along with the first semester fee.
- The fee structure may vary depending on the specialization and mode of study chosen by the student.

IGNOU MBA Course Fee Refund Policy
The fee that you pay for the MBA programme is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. You cannot use it for any other programme offered by this University. However, if the University rejects your admission, you will get back your fee after deducting the processing fee, if any. The refund will be made through a cheque in your name only.
IGNOU MBA entrance exam 2025
For admission to the IGNOU MBA course 2025-27, the candidates do not need to prepare for any entrance exam, as there will be direct admission for the eligible candidates. The university will not be conducting any entrance exams for 2025. Therefore, they have just asked the students to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria to be admission to the IGNOU MBA course.
