Your final conversation will completely depend on your performance in the GD, WAT and PI rounds. 65% weightage  is given to the XAT percentile and the rest on the GD, WAT and PI rounds. You'll have different interviews based on the programs you've applied for. Since your academic record is pretty good so with some extra effort in the selection rounds you can easily get into the college. Moreover XLRI focuses much on general business questions as per the goings on in the economy. So just focus on that and you'll be good to go.

All the very best

XLRI admission criteria and steps to be taken

Sampriti Student Expert 9th Jan, 2020
First of all for XLRI you'll have to appear for XAT and score more than 99 percentile and based on your XAT scores and previous academic records they'll give you a call and you'll haven't to appear for the GD/PI rounds.
Just give your 100 percent and you'll be good to go
