Step 1: Visit the official website of MDI Murshidabad
Step 2: Click on the ‘Proceed’ tab
Step 3: A new page will open which will have the list of requirements to submit the form (as mentioned above). Read the list carefully and click on the checkbox, enter the email id and click on ‘Proceed’.
Step 4: Now, a new page will open which will be for registration. The page will have the following details that the candidates will have to fill in.

Note: The candidates can use the credentials to log in to the website anytime to complete their application form, to make a payment, to upload documents or to check the status.

Step 8: Note the credentials and click on ‘Proceed’

Step 12: Download the application form and fee receipt and take a few printouts for future references
