Ans: Launched in December 2023 by the Badruka Educational Society, Badruka School of Management (BSM) offers a 2-year full-time AICTE approved PGDM programme. Since its inception in 1950, the illustrious Seth Ghasiram Gopikishan Badruka Educational Society has been a pioneer in Hyderabad’s higher education landscape. Q. What are the criteria and process to apply to the Badruka School of Management PGDM programme?
Ans: Graduates seeking admission to the BSM PGDM programme must submit their 10th, 12th, and undergraduate transcripts along with a score from a recognised management entrance exam, such as CAT, GMAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA or other state-level exams.
Applicants must complete and submit the Badruka School of Management online application form on the website, as no offline or physical forms are accepted. Once the online application is submitted, candidates will undergo a personal interview. BSM application status can be tracked through the application portal, and final decisions will be communicated via email.
BSM employs a holistic evaluation model considering academic scores, communication skills, extracurricular involvement, sports participation, and future aspirations. Shortlisted candidates will participate in an online interview round, and those who meet the criteria will be admitted to BSM's flagship PGDM programme.
Q. Does Badruka School of Management have its own entrance exam or does it accept national/state-level examinations for admissions?
Ans: No, BSM does not currently have its own entrance exam. However, candidates who have a valid score from CAT, GMAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA or other state-level management entrance exams can apply for Badruka School of Management admissions.

Ans: The Badruka School of Management PGDM programme is a 2-year full-time residential programme, offering students single-occupancy air-conditioned residences on campus. The campus boasts a unique meditation centre nestled in lush green surroundings, providing students with a serene space to rejuvenate. Additionally, Badruka School of Management facilities include state-of-the-art air-conditioned classrooms, a dining hall, a fitness centre, a football field, basketball and badminton courts, common lounges, on-campus stores, a medical centre, an incubation centre, and much more.

Q. What factors should any student generally look for while opting for a university for admissions? What would your advice be?
Ans: The factors a student should consider are the curriculum, experiential learning opportunities, spectrum of partner organisations, and faculty mix and quality. The curriculum should be new and in sync with the industry requirements. The institute should be offering several opportunities for students to learn by doing and get exposed to the industry through mentorship programmes, internships, and more.
Besides this, the list and credibility of partner organisations play a major role in the kind of experiences a student receives, the quality of mentorship support, and an indication of the placement students will get after completion of the programme.
