The CIMP Patna MBA fees is roughly around Rs. 7,65,000. This is the program fee for the Chandragupta Institute of Management Patna MBA program. The candidates will also have to pay other charges applicable for various prospects throughout the two-year program. The CIMP Patna MBA fees will have to be paid in six different installments for each of the six terms of the CIMP MBA program. The CIMP Patna also provides financial assistance to candidates with financial constraints in the form of tuition waiver schemes and special schemes for girl candidates.
The cost of an Application Form is Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500/- for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Differently Abled (DA)* candidates). The CIMP Patna MBA fee structure is briefly described in the table given below.

Besides the program fee, students have to pay for the Mess, Hostel, and Books. All students must possess a Laptop.
The institute will help desirous students get education loans from leading nationalized banks, which will be subject to their ability to fulfill the terms & conditions of the respective banks for availing the loans.
To finance their PGDM (Equivalent to MBA) at CIMP, students now have the facility to avail of loans using the student’s credit card from the Government of Bihar, and from the State Bank of India. The Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme is designed to provide an education loan through the Bihar State Education Finance Corporation and the state government will guarantee for loans up to Rs 4 lakhs. Only 4 percent of simple interest is payable on loan amount and in the case of women, handicapped, and transgender interest payable on loan amount is only 1%.
CIMP facilitates the education of economically backward students through Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFW) as proposed by AICTE. The proposed scheme will apply only to the students with parents’ annual income (from all sources) is less than Rs.8.00 lakhs. The total number of seats under this category will not exceed 5% of the total intake.
Meritorious Girl Student Scholarship (MGSS) scheme: Under the Meritorious Girl Student Scholarship (MGSS) scheme, scholarships will be given to the top 3 girl students securing a place in the top 10 positions in the batch, every academic year.
The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Differently Abled (DA) categories], from any of the recognized universities. Admission to the PGDM program is through the Common Admission Test (CAT), Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), Management Aptitude Test (MAT), Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), and Common Management Admission Test (CMAT).
Shortlisting of the candidates will be done based on Test scores and criteria like previous academic record and relevant work experience. The candidates shall be shortlisted based on the overall rank computed taking into account the following components:
