Before applying for the DSE MBA program, the candidate needs to be aware of the eligibility criteria, which will be helpful for them. Below, we have provided you with complete eligibility criteria for both Indian students and foreign students for your reference.
DSE MBA Admission: Indian Students
All those candidates who have completed their Bachelor’s either from the University of Delhi or an examination recognised as equivalent with minimum 50% marks. Students belonging to the Reserved category will be given a relaxation.
All those who appeared for the CAT 2024 examination conducted by the Indian Institute of Management (IIMs)
Note: All those candidates who are currently in their final year of a bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply. However, only a selection of candidates will be eligible for admission upon submitting the result meeting the minimum eligibility criteria at the time of admission.
All foreign students, including those who have completed their schooling from an Indian Board, may be treated as Foreign Students for their registration/admission in various Departments and Colleges of the University, and they may be considered for admission under the 10% quota prescribed for foreign students.
Those applying under this quota can apply online through the Foreign Students’ Registry Portal.
To initiate the DSE MBA selection procedure, candidates can begin by registering themselves online to MBA programmes (BA, HRD and IB) by visiting the official university website.
At the time of filling out the forms, all will be required to provide their preference towards the programmes that they wish to pursue. Keep in mind, once you have chosen the programme, you will not be able to make any changes at subsequent stages. The same information will be used at the time of declaring the merit list.
Based on the merit list and preference of the candidates, the final DSE MBA merit list and the waiting list will be prepared programme-wise, wherein all shortlisted candidates will be called in for counselling.
As per the latest information on the official DSE website, the official list for the First Counselling for MBA (BA/HRD/IB) admission for Batch 2025-27 has been released.

Key Information:
All candidates must note that they bring duly filled Information Form (attached in this document) along with all the other documents enclosed in the order.
The candidate will also be required to be present in person for the counselling process and mark their attendance as per the reporting time.
Some important documents which the candidate must bring in with them include: Copy of MBA application form, Class 10 original certificate and marksheet or equivalent document.
