Hello,
While an EAPCET rank of 18,333 and an IPE score of 823 give you a decent chance for BPT admission, securing a seat depends on several factors. Physiotherapy is a competitive field, and your chances will vary based on the specific college, your reservation category, and the final cut-off ranks for that year.
I hope it will clear your query!!
Hey! Based on your details (Rank 62460, ST – Lambada, 722 marks in IPE), getting a free seat worth 7,50,000 will depend on the cutoff for your category in the current year. Usually, for reserved categories like ST, the cutoff is lower compared to General, so you do have some chances.
However, admission is not guaranteed because it also depends on:
Number of seats available in your course.
The demand for that branch.
Counselling rounds and how many students ahead of you choose.
Hey Vaishnavi,
With an EAPCET rank of 3266 and IPE marks 974 under the EWS category, you do have a decent chance of getting admission into BPT in government colleges like Osmania or NIMS Hyderabad, but it mainly depends on the cutoff trend of that particular year and how many seats are available for EWS. Usually, for highly reputed colleges like NIMS, the cutoff rank tends to be much lower, so it might be slightly tough there. But for Osmania and other government colleges, your rank + IPE score combination keeps you in a competitive position. I’d suggest you keep an eye on the previous year cutoffs and also fill in multiple options during counselling to improve your chances.
