Dear Aspirant,
If you are in the last year of your graduation, then you can get admission. But you need to mention your CAT and NMAT results so that we can recommend you colleges for which you are eligible.
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that to get admission in various M.tech courses, giving GATE Exam is sufficient to get into any of the IIT ( Indian Institute Of Technology) colleges in India.
Further, if you don't get qualified for GATE Exam, then you can apply individually for some of private colleges for Mtech Biotechnology.
You cannot apply for any of teh individual IIT's. The admission of Mtech Biotechnology in any IIT's can only be done through GATE exam only.
Further, to know more about GATE examination, you can follow the below mentioned link :

I hope that this will help.
Your NMAT score is decent but you did not share your sectional marks which is important to predict the college. sectional cutoff for admission is decided by every college seperately and most college called candidates who have more than 70 percent in each section.so assuming that you score more than 70 in each section you most probably called from these colleges
And the most important thing is your overall performance considered for admission in any college through NMAT.so prepare well for ca pi round.for the most accurate prediction you can use NMAT Pathfinder specially designed for NMAT college selection.
