Familiarity First
Your first order of business is to get acquainted with the test. You can accomplish this with some reading, and much of it can be done at this site. You can start with catkins NMAT videos to get an overlook about the exams, which will only take an hour.
Next, focus on aspects of the NMAT that you probably aren’t accustomed to. Dear Aspirant,
Please note there is no GK section in NMAT Exam. It only has three sections, and this is how you can start preparing for them:
Quant: Start by making your foundation strong-Percentages, Ratios, Time Speed Distance, Profit Loss Discount. Try to be very thorough with these topics if you want to ace any MBA entrance.
Logical Reasoning: Start with very basic problems. Solve previous year papers.
Verbal: Build your vocabulary, though NMAT will have no direct questions from this year on, it will help immensely to improve your RC skills.
The focus should be on improving the basics from an early stage and gradually mmoving to more difficult topics. To have a balanced approach, a course such as the NMAT course offered by various sites can help, because it caters specifically to NMAT. Such a course will ensure strong basics (which will definitely help you in other MBA entrance exams) and at the same time will help you crack NMIMS Mumbai.
