Management Aptitude Test
Hello Aspirant,
CMAT and MAT are both entrance examinations for tier 2 and tier 3 business schools. CMAT is easier compared to MAT, because of fewer number of questions and time provided is more in case of CMAT. However MAT is conducted 4 times a year and CMAT score is taken into consideration by more colleges. If you try and aim to crack CMAT. Good luck and hope this helps
Hello Student,
You will get score card for your second attempt only and that will be considered for your admission in the college. The first score card will not have any value for the next year's admission criteria and your admission will be done on the basis of the entrance exam you have given in that year for admission.

There are 200 questions in the MAT 2021 exam paper. The question paper of MAT has to be solved within 150 minutes. All the best for your future
For competitive exams such as MAT and other you cannot predict what rank you will get because the number of aspirants occurring for this examination vary from year to year and hence the rank will also vary from year to year. There is no fixed value that is considered a good score on the MAT as it changes every year. However, candidates should aim to get a composite score of MAT above 400.
If you are so sure that your hundred questions will be correct then maybe there are chances that you will get a good rank in mat examination. Also you can refer to the following link for further reference:
Greetings of the day dear aspirant
When it comes to MAT exam, instead of keeping a target of 550 marks, try keeping a minimum target of 700 marks. You can score 700 marks by attempting nearly 100 or more than 100 questions in total. This means you'll have to attempt nearly 25 questions in each section. Also by attempting 20-25 questions in each section, your percentile will be near 95. That will be considered as a good score.
You can also have a look at the detailed cut-off scores of previous years as well as know more about MAT from the below link:
