• Age Limit: Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed) University has not set an age limit for the entrance exam. Hence, candidates can apply without any age restrictions.

• Nationality:  As per the guidelines of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed) University, only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for BUMAT 2025.

• Qualification: Candidates must have completed their 10+2 from a recognised board. Additionally, candidates who are currently pursuing their 10+2 are also eligible to apply for the entrance exam.

• Minimum Marks: To be eligible for BUMAT 2025, candidates must have secured a minimum of 45 percent marks in their 10+2 examinations.

Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed) University will announce the BUMAT application process 2025 on its official website - bvuniversity.edu.in. Candidates aspiring to join the BBA course have to fill out the BUMAT 2024 application form before the deadline. The last date for the BUMAT application form is yet to be announced. The admit card of BUMAT 2024 will be accessible  on the official BUMAT 2024 website tentatively in the second week of June. The specific exam centre will be mentioned on the BUMAT hall ticket. Candidates are required to download the admit card and take two to three copies of printouts for future use.

BUMAT 2025 - Exam Day Guidelines

• Candidates are required to bring all necessary documents, including the BUMAT 2025 admit card and a valid photo ID proof. It’s important to verify that the details on the ticket are accurate and that the photo and signature are visible.

• Candidates are advised to arrive at the designated BUMAT test centres (which will be specified on the BUMAT 2025 hall ticket) ahead of the reporting time to prevent unnecessary stress and rush.

• All instructions provided by the BUMAT exam authorities must be adhered to by the candidates. Instructions related to the test interface, such as selecting the correct option by clicking on it with the mouse and not touching the keyboard, must be strictly followed.

• The BUMAT 2025 exam will last for 150 minutes. To avoid being late, candidates are advised to reach the designated test centres an hour before the start of the entrance exam. Please note that late arrivals will not be accommodated.

The authorities will release the BUMAT 2025 cutoff  in online mode. Candidates can access the cutoff for BUMAT, which will be categorised by course and category, on the official website. The BUMAT cutoff is determined based on several factors, including the total number of seats available for each course, the number of applicants for a specific course, and trends from previous year cutoffs. The cutoff will vary for each course for BUMAT admission. Candidates who score above the minimum cutoff will be considered eligible for admission to BV University.

Candidates qualified can attend the BUMAT 2025 counselling process will be conducted tentatively in the first week of June in offline mode, and it’s compulsory for all participants to physically attend the counselling location on the designated date according to their merit position. There will be no individual counselling call letters dispatched. If a participant is unable to attend the counselling session on the specified day, their application may be subject to cancellation. The counselling process will encompass document verification – participants are required to provide original copies of necessary documents along with five sets of photocopies. The distribution of seats during BUMAT counselling will be determined by seat availability and the participant’s merit position.
