As considering your composite mark you have got a decent score, but comparatively less percentile. You must check three parameters before joining any institution; the parameters are a) Placement, b) Faculty and c) infrastructure. My advice to you would be that you should not be biased about any place, instead try to be choosy about the university/institute.  I can suggest some colleges because my friends and cousins are either studying there or have passed out.

NIT, Warangal - This institute on of the top Government Institute for MBA. Institute has a good placement record. Faculties are well experienced in teaching most of them has industrial experience also.

Lovely Professional University - One of my friends is passed out from here in 2016, now he is working with an MNC as a state head of their sales. Their last year placement also good, the highest package was 21 LPA.  Recently Amazon hired few students at a  package of 28 LPA. Fortunately, I have the link so sharing with you. You can read it yourself for a better understanding. LPU has its own test, LPUNEST (National Entrance and Scholarship Test) and this may help you to get scholarship also if you are scoring well.

If you are not getting in any reputed institutes with this mark, you can do the coaching for one year and attend the test next year. My suggestion for you is, please try to get into reputed institutes.

Please use the predictor tools available on various websites to know the list of colleges you are eligible to apply. For that find out the percentile you have got by using these tools. Based on the percentiles you will get a rough idea about the colleges. Please use the MAT Pathfinder at Career360.

Kindly mention the exam name while posting such questions on any platform. If that's the MAT score you are talking about, I am afraid to let you know that the percentage won't be very high. Use various Predictor tools available on various websites to get a rough estimate. We have one at Career360 too, kindly make use of it or any such other tools available on the internet.

No, NL Dalmia does not accept MAT score. It only accepts CAT, XAT, GMAT and CMAT score.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion based on score or percentile obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MAH-CET)/ CAT/ XAT/ CMAT.

MAT exam for February is already over. Next slot is in the month of May for which application window will start next month i.e. March. You can expect the forms to be out by 1st week of March. The application window will close by last week of April and exams will be held during 2nd week and 3rd week of May.

You can visit various websites like Career360, Shiksha, Collegedunia, MBAUniverse and you would get a few previous year papers for ATMA as well as MAT.

ATMA - The pattern is more or less the same as every other management entrance exam. You will have reasoning, verbal and quant sections. So time management and accuracy should be your key as they have kept negative marking. Identify your scoring sections by taking plenty of mocks and focus on them more than the other sections as you will have a chance of losing out marks if you dedicate more time to the weaker sections.

MAT - If you are strong in GK, well and good. If not, there is no need to panic as you can score well by concentration on the other 4 sections. Concentrate on comprehension and vocabulary in Verbal; LCM/HCF, Probability, Mensuration and Geometry in Quant; Family Tree, analogies, direction, series, cause & effects, distribution, assertions in Critical reasoning; Charts, graph and data comparison in Data Sufficiency.

PS - MOCKS, MOCKS and more MOCKS. This is one golden rule that you cannot miss out under any cost for any management entrance exam. You need to leverage your strengths and let go of your weakness in these exams because smart work is very essential. For that, you need to practice a lot of mocks. So please be consistent on it.

For books, you can follow the Pearson books or the complete guide available in the market. To be honest, books do not matter a lot because the syllabus is more or less the same for all these exams. You just need to practice these questions, get hold of previous year papers and mocks and be consistent with them.
