CAT 2018, the management aspirants must have a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50 percent marks in aggregate. The final year graduation  students are also eligible to apply for the exam. There is a relaxation of 5 percent in graduation marks for SC, ST and PwD candidates.

In cat exam there is only 1 attempt ya i can try next time as well also

IN CAT the score you obtain is valid for 1 year and therefore you can give multiple attempts for CAT. You can try as many times as you want. I won't suggest you appear the exam unless you think you are ready.

No, it shouldn't be a problem. There is no such specification mentioned in the official CAT document. However, you need to make sure that the signature jpeg you upload is of the prescribed size. Check more details here - CAT Application form 2018

In order to apply for CAT exam you need to have a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in your graduation. Since you are in first year you have plenty of chances to score even better in your graduation.
