for ubs,chandigarh the applicants should have atleast 50% in their bachelor's degree and should scored 10% in each section of CAT(for sc/st-5%).so you may have chance of getting admission in UBS.

Yes you need to send the OBC(NC) certificate issued by an official of the revenue department of the respective state government.

200 is an excellent score. I believe you will get 99+%ile with this score. Moreover, you have an extraordinary academic record and the benefit of OBC category. You will definitely get calls from IIMs.

Cutoff is based on percentile and minimum percentile for receiving call for GDPi test is different across all colleges and category in CAT exam.

Cat cutoff marks for SC students

Cutoff marks for SC category students will be different for all courses and colleges  

However for getting call into top IIMs generally 50 to 60 percentile is must in CAT in SC category. Overall cutoff will be much higher after GDPI process.

A general rule of thumb is 90-90-90 and then 95+ in Cat.
But your 12th and graduation percentages are nowhere near to 90s. Or even 80s to have an argument. It will be really difficult for you to get IIM calls and also to convert them below 97 percentile. Top

Solve maximum solved papers and practice from Arun sharma for All sections of CAT. You can use additional materials like TIMe coaching material as well. 

Analyse your negative scores and why and where you scored low. Focus on those sections first and then revise all fundamental of those sections.
