Indian Maritime University (IMU) announced the IMU CET MBA 2025 result online mode on June 1, 2025. Candidates who qualify for the entrance exam can take part in the counselling process of IMU CET MBA 2025. The result of IMU CET MBA 2025 includes the marks scored by the candidate in each section and the overall marks including the status of whether the candidate is shortlisted for the next round or not.

IMU CET MBA Cutoff 2025

The cut-off of IMU CET 2025 will be released on the official website of Indian Maritime University (IMU) after the declaration of the IMU CET 2025 result. The cut-off will be released in online mode. From the cut-off lists provided by IMU for all the courses, candidates can check the cut-off of the course of their preference. After the cut-off list, the selection process for final admission begins. There are a number of factors on which the cutoff depends. These are:

Counselling for IMU-Campuses 2025

*The number of lists in IMU CET MBA admissions 2025 depends on the availability of the seats. In case there is no seat vacant after the second list, then the third list may not be released. Further lists, after the third, can be released subject to the availability of seats and discretion of the Competent Authority. The lists can be released through the existing online counselling mechanism. The process of ‘Spot Counselling’, may be conducted subject to availability of seats and discretion of the Competent Authority.

• IMU CET MBA 2025 counselling will be conducted in online mode for its six campuses.
• The online counselling process will be conducted in two phases-

Phase 1- Students with IMU rank certificates will be given a link through which they can select the campus and program they want to take admission in. Students will be required to register online by paying the counselling fee of Rs. 10,000.

Students will be required to choose multiple options in order of their preference:

• Programmes
• IMU campus

Phase 2- Based on the candidate's rank, social category, and availability of seats, students will be granted admission to the desired campus.

• After allotment of seats, students will be required to confirm their seats by paying the program fee of Rs. 25,000 (Non-refundable).
• Students who confirm their seats will be provided the provisional allotment letter which has to submit along with a physical fitness certificate and original mark sheets at the time of the verification process.
• Students who fail to produce the required documents or appear for the verification process their seat will be treated as drop out and will not be considered for degradation of seats
• Students who did not get a seat allotted in the first round might get a seat in the second or third round. Also, candidates wishing to appear for subsequent rounds and have been allotted a seat in the first round, must confirm their seat by paying the program fee.
• Students who paid the program fee and appear for further rounds, will not have to pay the program fee again.

NOTE- Candidates are advised to opt for as many options as possible for more chances of allotment of seats.

IMU CET MBA 2025: How to fill IMU CET Application form?

Step 1: Registration - Visit the official website of IMU CET. For a new user do the registration by using your valid email ID and password.

Step 2: Filling the application form - After successful registration, proceed to fill in the application form. Candidates will have to fill in the following information:

• Academic Qualification
• Category and other necessary details

Step 3: Uploading the documents - Candidates will be asked in the next step to upload their photograph and signature according to the size and format mentioned in the guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria of IMU CET MBA 2025

Indian Maritime University has specified the IMU CET MBA 2025 eligibility criteria for the candidates to be able to apply for the entrance exam. The important parameters which form part of IMU CET 2025 MBA eligibility criteria are:

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline of three years duration.
• Candidates must have attained a minimum of 50% aggregate in the Bachelor's degree to apply for IMU CET MBA 2025
• Candidates in the final year of their graduation can also apply for the entrance exam.
• The bachelor’s degree must be from a university or college recognized by UGC, AICTE, or the Ministry of HRD.

Indian Maritime University (IMU) will release the IMU CET MBA 2025 admit card online mode tentatively by the second week of May 2025. Candidates can download the IMU CET MBA 2025 admit card from the official website. Candidates can follow the given steps to download the admit card:

IMU CET MBA Exam Centers 2025

The IMU CET MBA 2025 will be held in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode in one batch on May 24, 2025, from 11 am to 2 pm in the following cities provided in the table below. The IMU CET MBA 2025 is confirmed to be conducted in 91 cities highlighted in bold letters.

Note: IMU has reserved the right to allot any centre in India, however, every possible effort will be taken to allot a centre from the choices given by the candidate.
