BBA ( Bharathidasan affiliated university) 66% with 2 half years work experience in public bank. GMAT 770 can i eligible to apply for MBA ( finance & economics ) in business school like LBS, stanford, yale, cambridge...
Congratulations first of all forgetting such an amazing score in GMAT!!
Now, as for your Admission in MBA degree, your work experience will help you alot with your application by strengthening it. But I'm not quite sure of your percentage because the colleges you mentioned have a very low acceptance rate and their eligibility criteria demands atleast an 80% above overall standing in exams.
As for your GMAT scores, average GMAT score for LBS is 708, for Yale is 721 with an acceptance rate of 25% and average score for cambridge is between 687 - 700.
All in all, you really should put in your application, if it works out you might even he eligible for scholarships !
When is the latest I can take GMAT for MICA? GMAT score is available instantly after completion of test. MICA site says we have to update our score by 20 Jan. But GMAT result is emailed 20 days after appearing for test. So do we have to wait till we receive it on email or we only have to type score?
From what I could find out, you just have to update your score on the portal before the deadline. It appears that they do accept GMAT scores from 2019 onwards so there seems to be no bar as to the latest GMAT score that you get and upload just make sure you keep a screenshot of your core card until the actual results come out which you'd be asked for later in the process.
I'm sure you must have seen this but still I am attaching the link to the MICA webpage with more info for convenience.
best of luck.
What is the latest date I can give my GMAT for application in MICA? The score is to be updated on MICA site by 20th Jan. GMAT score becomes available as soon as test is finished. But result is emailed after 20 days. Is it okay if I just have the score by 20th Jan but not the result email?
A GMAT score is valid for 5 years. Even if you have a 5 year Old Score you can apply with it. As far as your issue is concerned, I believe initially in the MICA Application only your GMAT Score will be asked which you easily get to know poat the test. Howevee do try to take a screenshot and keep that with you until you have the Official Result.
