Karnataka PGCET MBA 2016 on July 2; Application ends on June 8
Karnataka Examination Authority has announced the PGCET MBA 2016 notification for the academic year 2016-18. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on July 2, 2016 from 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM in paper pencil mode. The application process has started from May 24, 2016 from 4 PM and the last date to apply is June 8, 2016 till 5.30 PM.

Eligibility Criteria: Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% of marks in Q. E. in case of SC, ST and Category-I of Karnataka candidates). According to KEA, reservation is applicable only for Karnataka Candidates.
KEA also states, “In addition to this a candidate after obtaining the degree, must have worked for not less than three years as on 31st July 2016, in an establishment and must be working in an organization situated within a radial distance of 40 km from the institution in which the candidate seeks admission.”
Application Procedure: The application procedure for the Karnataka PGCET 2016 exam is completely online. There are 2 phases of filling the application form. In the first phase, the candidates have to enter the details including personal, academic, professional etc. The candidates will be able to edit the information provided in the application form in this phase. In the second phase, the candidates will receive an application ID and password to their registered email address. Candidates have to upload the scanned copy of recent passport size colour photograph and signature in JPG/JPEG formats.
The application fee is Rs. 650 for the General and OBC category candidates and Rs.500 for the reserved category candidates.
Exam Pattern: The exam is of 2 hours duration, conducted in paper pencil mode. There are 4 sections, Proficiency in English Language, General Knowledge, Test of Reasoning and General Intelligence and Quantitative Analysis. The total marks of the exam is 100 and there is no negative marking scheme. The answer keys of the exam will be announced within 3 days of the exam.
Selection Procedure: The merit list will be declared on the basis of the performance at PGCET MBA 2016 entrance exam. After that the seat allotment will be made on the basis of counselling rounds.

That's a pretty low score given stakes and the intense competition that there is in the present scenario.
I would rather suggest you to consider for admission in private institutes or drop a year to consider improving the score next time.
