Conducting Body: Rani Channamma University on behalf of Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA)
PGCET 2014 is the state level MBA entrance exam for Karnataka conducted by KEA. This year, Rani Channamma University, Belagavi would conduct the exam on Monday, June 30, 2014. Last year, the MBA admission was conducted on the basis of CMAT rank. This year, approximately 17,000 seats in the B-schools of Karnataka would be there.

Eligibility: The candidates should be graduates in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Final year students can also apply provided they have passed previous exams with minimum 50% aggregate.
PGCET 2014 Date: The exam will be held on Monday, June 30, 2014.
Exam pattern: PGCET 2014 would be objective type multiple choice question exam of 2 hours duration. There would be 2 parts of the exam with 2 sections each. Each section carries 25 questions of 1 mark each. There is no negative marking scheme. The sections are Proficiency in English Language, Test of General Knowledge, Test of Reasoning & General Intelligence and Quantitative Analysis.

Application Procedure: The application procedure is completely online. The candidates have to visit the RCU Belagavi website and fill the form online and upload it. Attach all the relevant scanned certificates, documents and enclosures along with it. The application fee is Rs. 800 for General and OBC category candidates and Rs. 400 for SC/ST category. Upload the scanned copy of payment details to the filled in application form.

*It totally depends on the number of factors. It generally depends on the number of Candidates are appearing in exams and also depends on the number of candidates originally attended the exam and it also depends on the marks they got on that exam. Previous years cut off and how many students have got marks more than your marks generally called percentile. And with these values, they have a proper formula to calculate the rank of the candidates.
* With 35 marks out of 100 in Karnataka PGCET , you should expect rank around 16000. It is quite difficult to get a rank above 16000 hope that helps you. Again it is only a estimation it may be differ from how many members have applied and so on.
