Great Lakes Institute of Management announces PGDM Admissions 2020: The Great Lakes Institute of Management has begun the admission process for their PGDM programme. The application form for the PGDM programme is now available in online mode on the official website. The authorities have laid down the eligibility criteria also which the candidates must check before they fill the registration form. Candidates who are interested in applying must have valid CAT/GMAT/CMAT/XAT in order to apply for it. Founded in the year 2004, the college has emerged as one of the best private B-schools. Both the campuses of the colleges are accredited by AMBA, UK and are approved by AICTE, India. The Chennai campus is able to achieve 18th rank among all the colleges in India which are under NIRF.

Candidates who want to apply for PGDM programme must have a valid score in GMAT/CAT*/XAT/CMAT (in any of the following exam)
The GMAT exam should be taken after January 1st 2018 while CAT should be taken in the year 2018/2019. Candidates who are applying through XAT scores must have given in 2019/2020 and CMAT in the year 2019.
Work experience is also considered during the admission process. Work experience should not be more than 24 months. Candidates having more than 24 months work experience are requested to apply for PGPM program.
A special preference is given to students whose university/college rank holders in terms of extra weightage gained during the selection process.
Note: Great Lakes uses CAT scores only for screening applications for admissions and IIMs have no role in the conduct of Great Lakes academic programs.
Meanwhile, Great Lakes is not an associate institute of XLRI. However, it offers admission to the candidates on the basis of XAT. XLRI does not have any role in the conduct of any of Great Lakes Management programmes.
Candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria can apply for PGDM programme by completing an online application form.
Those candidates who wish to pursue the management programme at Great Lakes, they can apply through any of the following methods which are listed below:

Candidates can apply to both the campuses of Great Lakes which are located in Chennai or Gurgaon either by filling a common application form and choosing the appropriate option in the registration form or by filling separate form.
Candidates can also buy the application form from the office of Great Lakes which is based in Chennai.
The application process is online.
In the application form, candidates will have to give the official email-id of the recommender. Meanwhile, the recommendation letter will be collected from the final selected student’s recommenders and it must be submitted online.
