Selection Process:

Students are admitted into CSB after they undergo a series of steps, which are as follows:

• Applicants must submit an application form, with personal and professional details as well as answers to short essay-type questions.

• Candidates will be assessed for their verbal, written and analytical skills, their attitude and aptitude.

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person interview and aptitude test.

• Interviews are generally conducted at Chennai, Delhi and Kolkata. For other cities, the selection process takes place online.
