UPES Dehradun to organize GD-PI for admissions to BBA coursesThe University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, will be organizing Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI) on Saturday, April 8 for admissions of candidates across a number of BBA courses. Besides Dehradun, the GD-PI process will also be held at various other locations in India namely Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Bhopal and Lucknow on the same date.

The various BBA programmes on offer at UPES are BBA in Oil and Gas Marketing, BBA in Aviation Operations, BBA in Logistics Management, BBA in Auto Marketing, BBA in Accounting and Information Systems, BBA in Digital Marketing, BBA in E-Business, BBA in Financial Analysis & Services, BBA in Foreign Trade, BBA in Human Resources Management/Marketing Management/ Operations Management and BBA in Media Management.


Eligibility Criteria


Only those candidates whose Date of Birth falls on or after October 1, 1995, are eligible to apply for admissions. The Date of Birth should be as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate. These candidates should have scored a minimum of 50 percent marks at Higher and Senior Secondary levels (Class 10 and 12) to be considered for admissions. Students appearing for their Class 12 exam and awaiting results are also eligible to apply.


Application process


Candidates wishing to apply to any of the above mentioned BBA courses must fill the complete application form available online on the official UPES website. They are required to carry their original Class 10 marksheet (and Class 12 marksheet if already appeared) for GD-PI process. Candidates who will be shortlisted for admissions at UPES after the conclusion of the GD-PI process will be given a provisional offer letter.
