SPJIMR Autumn Placements 2017-19: FMCG largest recruiting sector; makes 34 percent offers

SPJIMR Autumn PlacementsSPJIMR Autumn Placements 2017-19: The autumn placements at SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai has completed for the 2017-19 batch. The instutute saw the presence of 27 new companies from different domains accounting for 34 percent of the offers. FMCG/FMCD was the largest recruiting sector with 16 companies participating. As many as 57 companies participated in the placement process to make 257 internship offers.

34 percent of the batch was placed in the FMCG/FMCD sector. There was an increase of 51 percent in stipend for Finance specialisation this year.

 

Some of the major companies and groups participated this season were Amazon India, Microsoft India, Asian Paints, General Electric India, Nestlé India, Citibank India, Colgate Palmolive India, Cloudtail, Godrej group, BCG, Hindustan Unilever, Tata Administrative Services, Mondelez India Foods, Mahindra Group Management Cadre, TVS Capital, Goldman Sachs and Lighthouse.
