MAT December 2015 paper based test concludes on December 6
The All India Management Association (AIMA) conducted its national level management entrance test- MAT 2015 on Sunday, December 6, 2015 in paper-pencil based mode. The exam was conducted from 10 in the morning to 12:30 afternoon, in which around 20,000 candidates appeared. The MAT December 2015 computer based test will be conducted on December 12, 2015.

Due to natural calamities in Chennai, MAT 2015 for Chennai registered candidates will be conducted on Sunday, February 7, 2016. As stated on the official website, ‘Management Aptitude Test (MAT) on 06 December 2015 (Sunday) at Chennai center stands cancelled. Candidates registered at this center only may appear for MAT on 07 February 2016 (Sunday) without fresh application.’
MAT is conducted four times a year in the months of February, May, September and December. As per the exam pattern of MAT December 2015, the test had 200 multiple choice objective type questions to be completed within the duration of 2 hours 30 minutes. The test was divided into 5 sections namely, Language Comprehension, Data Analysis and Sufficiency, Mathematical Skills, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning and Indian and Global Environment. Based on student’s inputs, the test was of easy to moderate level.
As per the marking scheme of the test, each correct answer will bear 1 mark and for each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of 1/4. It is likely that the MAT December computer based test will be on similar lines.
The Result of MAT 2015 for December will declare the shortlisted candidates’ names most likely in the last week of December 2015. The candidates will be shortlisted by the MAT 2015 participating B-schools on the basis of their scores depending upon the cutoff. The candidates will have to appear for the Group Discussion, Personal Interview and or Written Ability Test (WAT) rounds.

I would like you to take some efforts to improve your maths, you can do just my practicing a good number of questions regularly, that's the only way you can improve it. Because maths is the most scoring part to get a good rank and percentile. Just practice regularly , so that it will help you to crack exams. Don't give up just do it:-)

the syllabus of mat or cat is same or not
The syllabus of CAT and MAT are similar but not exactly same. Both the exams differ from each other in exam parameters as well as competitive level.
The CAT exam is based on following sections:
Quantitative Aptitude (QA),
Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR),
Verbal Ability &Reading Comprehension (VARC)
Whereas MAT exam has following sections :
Indian and Global Environment
Data Analysis and Sufficiency
Intelligence and Critical Reasoning
