MAH CET 2016 Exam Pattern Changes; Maximum weight on LR
The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) has announced few changes in the MAH CET MBA Exam Pattern, which is conducted for admissions to the MBA/MMS programmes of Maharashtra B-schools. MAH CET 2016 is scheduled to be conducted on March 12-13, 2016 across India.
According to the new test pattern, MAH CET 2016 will have fixed number of questions in each section, compared to previous years fluctuating number of questions across sections. The highest weight-age is given to Logical Reasoning section with 75 out of 200 questions in this section. Abstract Reasoning section will carry a minimum number of questions, 25.
Also, the questions will now be presented section wise segregation where the test takers will have the liberty to switch from one section to another. The number of options to select the right answer from will be 5. However, the test remains computer based with total 200 questions to be answered in 150 minutes. The marking scheme of MAH CET 2016 will also remain same. There will be no negative marking system and each question will have one mark for a right answer.

The tests will be conducted in English only. The test will be divided into four sections namely, Logical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Verbal Ability / Reading Comprehension. The total number of questions in each section will be:

All the questions will have multiple choices. Out of the five answer option for a question, only one will be the correct answer and the candidate has to select the most appropriate answer. The question palette at the right of the screen will show statuses of each of the questions in categories mainly; Not Visited, Not answered, Answered, Not answered but marked for review, and Answered but marked for review. Students as per their preference can mark a question with the given statuses.
The application process started from February 12 and ended on February 23. The students who have registered for MAH CET 2016 will be able to download their MAH CET 2016 Admit Card from March 4, to be able to appear in the test.
As per the official schedule, the results will be announced on March 29, after which the shortlisted students have to follow the counselling rounds for final admissions in their preferred MAH CET score accepting B-school. The scores will be accepted by over 400 B-schools in Maharashtra offering around 44,000 seats.

Due to corona crisis there is a delay and the dates are not yet notified for MAH-MBA/MMS CET-2020 counselling. We cannot speculate anything now because the safety is a matter of concern. The schedule will be announced soon for that you may have to wait and check for updates and news regularly.

As you knowo Mba cet is conducted by dte to get into top business Colleges in Maharashtra. Colleges such as JBIMS, SIMSREE, PUMBA, etc.
As per your question their is only 1 seat reserved for Jammu and Kashmir migrant over and above the sanctioned intake in every institution.
