Careers360: Tell us about your domain and your work profile. At a professional level, did you pursue the same field you were interested or you switched?
Santosh Kurella: I work with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance Industry handling Strategic Business Development, Project Management and Consulting activities. I am in the same field since the beginning of my career.
Careers360: Can you briefly tell us about your career path so far?
Santosh Kurella: Started as entry-level executive handling Market Research and Pre-Sales activities. From there I moved to a bigger role with Business Development and handling a small team. With time my portfolio of responsibilities expanded including Project Management, Training, Business strategy & planning, Key Account Management etc,

Santosh Kurella: Industry work is completely different from what we theoretically learn at B-School. But the exploration of practical scenarios and simulations help in learning how the real world will be
Careers360: How do you think your PGDM programme has added value to your life, both professional and personal?
Santosh Kurella: Professional life, for sure PGDM added much value in terms of knowledge and becoming industry-ready. Personal life, I can say a lot of good friends and memories to recollect.

Santosh Kurella: It would aid in developing my personality and make me a true professional by enhancing my personality

Santosh Kurella: Study tour to UAE was the most memorable in the tenure. Yes, I miss being a part of it.

Santosh Kurella: Life was so cool and pleasant. Apart from classes, I used to handle corporate networking, placements, workshops, etc., which was really fun and great learning.

Hi! hope you are doing great! Yes it is definitely worth! The colllege has good infrastructure, good teaching and good management! the placements are very good in ISBR Bangalore ! There are more than 180 plus top companies which approached and there are almost 91% students which got placed! There is Also good faculty in ISBR bangalore pgdm course!

Placements in the college are going on in full swing. The college provides good training for students to face the challenging questions posed by the interviewers. There are many workshops conducted to improve the managerial skills of students which mean a lot in the career ahead. Also, live-internships are offered to students wherein students take up live projects and contribute their analysis

The admission has already opened and You can register in it. Admission process include Entrance exam score and Consistent Academic records along with a personal interview to check your eligibility.
Entrance Exam (100 Marks)
1 Hour Exam includes questions from sections - Quantitative Aptitude / Language Aptitude / Current Affairs / Logical Reasoning.
